To better protect our facilities we are changing our gate and club house locks at the AGM on January 21st 2017. The locks will be changed with combination locks. As a club this allows us:
- Change the combination on a frequent basis to protect our facilities (every 6-12 months).
- Removes cost of distributing new or replacement keys.
Questions and Answers
When will the locks be switched?
At the AGM on January 21st 2017.
Will the combination be the same for the gate and the club house?
How will I be notified about combination changes?
All combination changes will be communicated by email to the email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact information we have on file is up to date.
If you are currently not receiving email communication the combination will be mailed to you ahead of the change.
I don’t receive any email from the club. How can I fix this?
Please check spam folders to insure our emails are not being detected as spam. Adding email@example.com as a contact in your address book can also help prevent our emails from being detected as spam. If you use Gmail our emails sometimes are detected as promotional, check your Promotions tab. If you are positive you are not receiving our emails please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm we have the correct email on file.

Much like sharing or lending your key to a non-member, this is strictly prohibited. If you are caught doing so you will face disciplinary action.
Can probationary members visit the club without a full member?
No. Probationary members are prohibited from visiting the club without another full member in attendance. If you are caught doing so you will face disciplinary action.
